Remove ice without power or chemicals

Call me pessimistic, but how much solar radiation is going to be available in the clouds at night? Not to mention what the surface temperature will be on a warm sunny day.

Bonus is that you can use your wing as a griddle for the sunny fly-in breakfasts. Any surface that retains 95% of the solar radiation is going to get HOT on a sunny day...

Night would be a problem but I suspect that there may be more solar radiation in the clouds during the day than one might suspect. Can't hurt & might help. It also doesn't appear to prohibit a couple more conventional anti-ice systems in conjunction with it.
