Can't help with Nashville, but in east Tennessee, from Crossville to Bristol, there are waiting lists for most airports, some of the popular airfields have lists over 100 long. No money in TN for public hangar construction right now.

Roger, Nashville was hit with a tornado last March, which wiped out many planes and hangers at JW Tune airport on the west side. Since then it’s been impossible to find hanger space in the area. Wish you lots of luck! Marty

Dickson (M02) might have a space available under the "shade port", and I would call Centerville (KGHM) and get on their list, they seem to have more turnover than most. I hear Murfreesboro (KMBT) is planning to build more too, but overall very tough in Middle TN. Good luck.
