Vans seat foam and patterns

Classic Aero is quoting next June (2020) for delivery of new orders. I want to replace the seat backs and cushions on my RV6 but don?t want to wait till June. So, thinking of buying Vans foam and patterns and have the aviation upholstery shop on my airport make up my seats. Any thoughts?

I took my seats to Paco's Custom Upholstery here in Roseville. As you've seen, they do great work and can recommend new foam and cut to match. I'll text you their number. I've been very pleased with my seats.

Another option is Oregon Aero (https://www.oregonaero.com/) for seats and upholstery. They did a beautiful job on my RV-10 seats.
