Ly-Con crankcase O-ring option.

I did it on my 540. Ly-Con assembled the engine and ran it on the test stand. It has a whole 40 hours on it and does not leak.
 
LyCon Case O-Ring

I use LyCon oringing on the majority of the engines I build and on all my personal engines. Never had a seep. LyCon now has an STC so they can o-ring certified engines cases as well. Well worth the effort and expense.
