Omega thermocouple connectors -- yes or no?

I'm looking for reports from those who've used the omega-style yellow thermocouple connectors for the CHT/EGT probe connections.

Any issues?

Connectors

Replaced my standard Dynon connectors with these about 6 months ago. They have been flawless up to this point.

Used them cabin side of firewall only

I have done several tests using an HVAC technician thermocouple in boiling water troubleshooting CHT probes. All four connections have been identical readings. I have no experience with them FWF, but will soon because I need to replace a suspect CHT with a short Garmin probe. I wish I had thought of plugs FWF before pulling long MGL leads through the firewall to the Omega plugs 😏

35 years of using these exclusively on 5 homebuilts; more than 7,000 flight hours of 100% reliability.
