Radio squelch settings for audio panel

I just installed a new audio panel in my RV-6Athat has auto squelch in the audio panel. What do you do with the existing squelch settings that are set in the individual radios? Do you reduce the squelch settings in the radios and let the audio panel handle the squelch?

What panel? To the best of my knowledge the auto-squelch in most audio panels only affects the panel?s intercom. You still need to have the squelch on in your com, just as if you were plugged directly into it.
