What airport closest to the campus in Minneapolis

I'm planning on flying into Minneapolis on Sunday, weather and time permitting to take my son out for lunch. I'm thinking downtown St. Paul, but was wondering if there were any flood problems. The U of M campus.

KMIC - Crystal is probably the closest if he is on the West Bank campus and the gas is much cheaper than KSTP.

I don't know if there are ramp fees at KSTP, it is much more corporate than Crystal.

We are based at KANE, KeyAir is very nice, they might have a car you can use as well - give them a call. It is a bit further from the U, tho.
