Does anyone have inverted oilsystem in a Lycoming IO 360 in a RV 8?
How difficult is the installation and is it worth it for light acro?

Got a Raven system. Nothing to the installation other than manufacturing the hoses and mounting the oil valve and oil separator. My engine already had the fittings installed for the inverted system. Would I do it again? Probably not. Most of the acro I do is positive G. Fun to do some negative G every now and then but that’s about it.
Inverted Oil
I have all the parts on the shelf for the Raven full inverted system. I will probably install the "half" Raven system since it will do a better job keeping oil from going out the breather.
As far as the full inverted system...unless the EFIS starts hollering "low oil pressure" at me constantly...probably not.
