Purchasing a new engine

I no longer have an OEM engine available through Van's, and would like to purchase a new experimental engine from Lycoming or Titan. How does one go about this, and who sells these engines. I called Lycoming and they said call a dealer, the dealer said call Lycoming. Similar run around with Titan.
A recent Kitplanes engine buyers guide lists the price of a YO-360 A1A at $29,200, coincidentally the same "OEM" price that Van's advertises. Are Van's engines discounted? Can any of these engines be purchased at these advertised prices, if so how and where?

JB Ball at Continental. You deal directly with the OEM. If interested, let me know and I’ll PM you the contact info. Mine is being crated up this week.

Sun & Fun

Often Vans has a discount during Sun & Fun and Airventure. You have to buy both engine and prop but usually it's $1K.

There’s another JB to consider if that doesn’t work out - Jimmy Brod at JB Aircraft Engines in Sebring, FL. Ask for Jimmy, he’ll fix you right up. If you are going to Sun N Fun, you can talk to him directly at his booth right outside building C.
