Seattle area recommendation

I have a niece living in the Seattle area (Mercer Island) who is keen to take up flying. She is super smart and based on her track record I know if she gets into it, she?ll see it through.

Any advice on nearest (or most GA friendly) airport, flight schools/instructors will be passed on to her and highly appreciated. She has flown in my RV and loved it.

Harvey Field in Snohomish would be a 45 minute drive away and she can get training in a Champ and grass field!
