Flight Instruction South Los Angeles Area

I'm looking for flight instruction in the South L.A. area. I'd like get familiar with flying in Class B and controlled airspace and I'd like to learn aerobatics. I'm looking at "Sky Thrills" at Fullerton. Can anybody endorse them, or recommend someone else? Thanks.

Michael Blackstone at SkyThrills is a good guy. I did some flying with him for a National Geographic show about aerobatics. He know the basin and the surrounding airspace quite well.

If you can fly over to San Diego, there are a couple of top notch RV trainers here..everything from transition through aerobatics. Check your PMs

Sunrise Aviation out of KSNA (John Wayne) is great. Last time I checked they had three Citabrias and an Extra 300 in the rental fleet, along with the usual 172s, a Diamond DA-20, a Cub (!) and a couple of LSAs. Coming in alongside 737s is great training for congested airspace.
