GoPro Vibration Reduction for RV Aircraft

In this video we're trying out a new, somewhat homemade GoPro mount that we put together to try and reduce the vibration that happens when mounting a GoPro to the canopy of an RV Aircraft.

There is still jello in the modified mount and you still have prop strobe.

I do like mod though and will make one up as it brings the camera forward which is a bonus. The current suction mount is a bit big and needs mounting aft of the roll bar.

Thanks Mike. I've found that any kind of arm between the camera and any mount has a tendency to shake, even if it's just a little. Most times, like in my Cessna, it's not a problem. The only downside to this homemade mount is that can only be adjusted to move up and down, but since the "over the shoulder" shot is what we want, it will work OK for us. This is fun stuff...
