Exclamation Please Read Doug’s Sticky post at the top of this forum.

Looks like a lot of folks haven’t read the Rules for this Forum in Doug’s Sticky posted at the top.

In case you haven’t read them, here’s the last sentence:

“…If your post here doesn't start with the Probable Cause ID# and Publish Date, it will be DELETED.”

Please respect the rules for this forum. We will allow these threads to remain for a short while, but the threads that don’t follow the above requirement that the initial post start with “Probable Cause ID# and Publish Date” will be deleted.

The threads in question could have been posted in other forums.

P.S. Some of the posts begin with URL’s of the NTSB document but unfortunately those links appear to have died. So in reality those initial posts don’t include the required information.
