TOP SECRET: Oil Breather hose, the FF-705?

The oil breather hose called out on the drawings is the "FF-705" part number. It's in the Van's store for $30. But the listing in the store is odd:

It almost looks like details have been redacted, and other than the part number and the price, there's no other information on it at all. Can I assume this is the part called out in the plans?

Yep, same part. You will see this in the store occasionally. If they gave you the dimensions- you would go make it yourself.

It is a simple hose, just build one.

Oil

Others have found oil hose of same diameter. Apparently the Vans stuff in years past was not oil proof and dies after a decade or so.
I’ll let you if my Vans original ever dies.

There are two parts to this, one is the rubber hose that should be oil resistant (I source mine from AS) and the other part is the aluminum tubing that bends just over your exhaust. It also has a swaged end to match the diameter of rubber hose used. That’s what I bought from vans.
