If you use a "normal" Fuel Injection then it's not hard to fit at all. If you do something strange, then it's a bit more work. The cowls with the snorkel look good. It's far from the most difficult thing you have done on your aircraft, and remember, 1000s of other builders have done it successfully, and I know you are better than at least one!
