Gasket for precision injector servo EX-5VA1 ?

I bought a gasket from airflow performance to use for the inlet on my Avstar AVX-5VA1 which I think is basically the same as your Precision Airmotive Servo.

I actually bought both the FM-150/RSA-5 inlet gasket and the FM -300/RSA-10 Gasket since I wasn't sure which one of them would fit. I don't recall which one I ended up using.
