Fuselage kit question

Page 27iS-07, Step 1
Installing F-01276C-1 (white plastic fuel and brake line guides). I can?t tell if the nuts installed back in Section 21 need to be removed so that the plastic guides lay flush on the floor or if the go on top of the nuts leaving a small gap above the floor, and then get fastened down along with the top guides later on when finishing the brake lines in Section 28.

The plans call for opening up the holes in the bottom piece so it fits down over the nuts and lies flat on the belly skin. Hope that makes sense to you.

What you are describing makes complete sense. Maybe opening up the plastic on the bottom side to make room for the nuts was spelled out in the older plans. I?m not seeing that in my plans. I will check to see if there?s been revisions. Thanks for the help.
