I am doing the slow build, and I purchased my intercom (flightcom 403) years ago. I installed it the other day and it didn't work. After many hours of pulling my few remaining hairs out, I discovered the 25 pin connector was put in upside down at the factory and cannot be repaired. I sent Bruce at flightcom a pic, and he sent me a brand new unit. That is great customer support. *It arrived "second day air" too.
