D180 Stuck on Yellow Screen

I had trouble downloading data from my flight deck 180. I?m using the same computer that I?ve used for years but for some reason it does not recognize the instrument.

I went home updated the drivers and bought a new USB to serial cable this time it seem to recognize since I got the yellow screen which I was not getting before but then it gives me a driver error and now I?m stuck with the yellow screen and no tools to be able to remove the internal battery.

Anything else I can do to turn off the flight take 180 or do I just let the battery run out. Thanks for any help

Found truly old computer and I was able to get it to check software version which removed the yellow screen.
