Vans final hole size?

I was wondering if this was still what Vans is working towards or if the delays have killed this for now to get people their kits faster due to the back log?

According to their original announcement, they were changing over to final sizing on the -10, but working through their existing stock of non-final sized parts. My guess is that its pretty much luck of the draw as to what you get as of now.
