Default Hartzell squarish governors

Any VAFrs know if the end cap on a Hartzell angle valve prop governor like an F6 can be readily clocked differently?

Prop-shop confirms you can clock the cap in any direction.

If this is truly an F-6 governor, it's a feathering governor, and will work "opposite" from a governor that is normally installed on a single engine aircraft. It might work with the prop you have, but this governor is "pressure to low pitch" and most governors on single engine aircraft are "pressure to high pitch."
