I somehow managed to misplace a bushing for one of my stick grips, and Kevin Williamson (Tosten) made sure that I had another one lickety-split.

Couldn't agree more. As a sales guy I like to think I know good customer service/support and Kevin is up there with the best, ditto Paul of FlyLEDS
