I have a 72inch Hartzell c/s that is 20 years old. No grease sling and works perfect with 720 Tt should I have it serviced? No nicks.

After 20 years I would say yes. In the UK its 6 years and you have to have it overhauled/inspected. I had to get my MT prop which was unused, inspected as it was over 6 years old, no work was required but cost me £1300 for the privilege.

I "had" a prop that was 20 years in service 3 months ago and there was no apparent reason it needed anything. YES it should be Over Hauled as soon as possible. I think you only have the one prop so It's good to have it stay in good shape.
May cost $3,300.00 but if your plane stays in the air that's a good thing.
