GRT Mini-GA with Hudly and ARINC 429

This is a complete system unused in the box with everything you need.

Samsung Galaxy (I think 3rd or 4th gen) to drive the bluetooth - used and black listed for cell service but functional for this purpose.

I was going to put this on my plane but after talking with my avionics tech I'm in a situation where I'm using all my available ARINC connectors to drive the Aspens (2), EX-500, and the 406 MHz ELT position input.

Decided not to use it. These are not currently available and Hudly doesn't make them anymore.

I do not want to split them up at this time, thanks.

For someone who wants a HUD, these don’t pop up much since they don’t make this particular model of HUD anymore.

Sounds like it's the now-discontinued Mini-GA instrument, as the OP stated in his post. The Arinc module would convert ARINC 429 data from a GPS navigator into RS232 data to port into one of the serial ports on the Mini-GA.

Yes, that covers it exactly.

The Mini-GA was for certified GA aircraft, Cherokees and Cessnas and such, where you could mount the bezel to the plane as well as the connector but the instrument was "portable" per the FAA requirement against non-certified avionics in certified planes.

It also as mentioned had a Hudly bluetooth connection to run the HUD with the data it got from the ARINC 429 box from the GPS Navigator, so if you loaded an approach in your navigator, it displayed not only on the Mini-GA but also on your HUD.

It looks like I have two takers for the Hudly and Mini-GA so I'll split them up as long as both people take them, leaving the ARINC 429.

All of this is brand new in box never touched, been sitting on my shelf since about this time last year (took me forever to find a New Old Stock Hudly).

I haven't heard back from the gentleman who said he wanted the Mini-GA so this is still available.

If I get a taker for the Mini-GA it will be. I already have one taker for the Hudly although I need to touch base with RJWray by phone today.
