Default Need a RV-6A Condition Inspection ASAP in Kansas City Area

I'm in need if an A&P who can do a condition inspection for me at Lee's Summit airport in the Kansas City area. It's an RV-6A.

The current inspection expires at the end of this month (May). The plane is there at Lee's Summit for a radio installation, and due to personal delays and weather, I can't fly it home to Idaho before the current inspection expires. For other reasons, I'd prefer to get the inspection done there, rather than getting a ferry permit.

Is there anyone who can come in for a reasonable price and do this for me?

Would it be easier to fine a DAR to issue a ferry permit so you can fly it home?

Or request one from the FAA for no cost.
