Default RV-4 stick boot

Is the leather stick boot on the RV-4 a Van's part (front and rear) or something you make yourself?

Mine is a little ratty after 30 years or so. Looks like I get the sewing machine out and use the old one for a pattern. The current one is made from thin leather.
