Which mags on I0390 ?

I'm waiting for my I0390 to be delivered I've ordered standard mags

Can anyone confirm if Lycoming always supply these engines with slick mags ?
I know for certain the IO360's have slicks installed

I've got Slick mags and the G3i ignition system on my 7. Runs great.

Depending on where you bought it from. If you are buying thru VANS, you have the option with no mags, slick mags or E-mags. I have run e-mags on both my RV7 and last 14 with great success. They are also installed in my brand new IO390-EXP119.

Yes if you ordered standard mags from Van's they will be Slick Mags on the 390.
