switching to tempest plugs

My plugs are getting due for replacement, I'm going to switch from Champion plugs to Tempest plugs (after watching a Busch webinar on the topic).
I currently have Champion REM37BY in my O-320. Am I correct to believe that tempest UREM37BY will be a direct drop-in replacement?
 
I'm not recommending which brand to buy (I have Tempests), but note that Champion did apparently quietly fix the serious issues they were having the past few years.

Affirm. I switched last year (600+ hours ago) and still on the same set no complaints. (No affiliation with Tempest just a customer) :)
