Fuselage intersection fairing sag

When installing fuselage intersection fairing on my 8A, should they be fitted in flight mode or sitting on the ground. What is the best way to allow for the sag.
 
Not sure if the intersection fairing has a defined orientation other than front-to-aft. The wheel pants are aligned with the flight attitude
