Does anybody know if the OP-58 Cowl louver kit has any performance loss?

None

Can’t say they helped, but no change in speed….so no loss and easy to install.

My climb CHTs dropped by about 20 degrees and based on testing less than 1 knot change in top speed (ie not measurable without more advanced equipment)
