New coating

Blaaaa

My opinion...millions of dollars spent for squadooosh(read the study cost). I work on airliners for a living, and bugs are not the primary culprit of drag. You think maintenance is expensive now, wait til that "coating" becomes part of the maintenance program so the plane performs up to laminar flow expectations. Expect your passenger seat miles to go up $$ for a sales pitch to buying a product. In our world, a spray bottle of water and miscrofiber towel after each flight keeps the bugs from costing me .000002 cents.

The airflow video that popped up on my link was worth the entry price.

Hey - hawks are light colored underneath and dark on top, maybe $10M is needed to study that . . . .
