Default WhirlWind

I found out that Whirlwind now has 12" spinners for the UL350 engines, which I am installing on my RV-12. This goes with their GA-350-3B and -2B props. After discussion with them, I learned that the -2B is intended for STOL applications, but the 3B is recommended for more streamlined airframes.

I'm buying the -3B with the 12" spinner. Sure looks nice.

Whirlwind is a great company to work with, and have top notch products. I love my WW-150 on the -4.

Just for clarification. There are 2 different Whirlwind companies out there.

the GA series prop are from Whirlwind Propellers

While the Constant speed props are from Whirlwind Aviation

Loved my WW200RV prop.

Good point. My new prop is the GA-350-3B from WhirlWind Propellers. As opposed to Whirl Wind Aviation (noting that WWA uses two words and WWP uses one.)
