What does +V mean?

Can anybody tell me what the +V means in this RV-6 wiring diagram?

It appears after the "Flaps", "Panel Light", and "Instrument" terminal block locations.

The points labeled +V go to a source of 12 volts - usually the output side of the flap circuit breaker or fuse, the panel light CB, etc.

Also, make sure that the smoke retainers that crimp onto the ends of the cable are secure. It keeps the smoke inside the cable. If the smoke escapes, it won't work any more ;)
