Cleveland mains; bearing alternatives

Looking for Cleveland 5.00-5 (part no 40-78B) wheel bearing alternatives.(mains)
I see OEM part no. 214-00300 at AS for 30$. 120$ for 4.

Anyone know of alternatives (other than anti-splat)?

Is there a complete kit with all the bits or do I just order everything new (felts, snaprings etc)?

Take your bearings to any good bearing shop...... they will have them. Felts are reusable for many years, in fact I have never had to replace one in 37 years.
 
Bearings

See if there is another p/n on them. I replaced mine for half the price at Summit Racing.

I hate to lie to people but have been know to say that the part I need is "for an off road vehicle." I do not feel that is a lie.

I hate being "politically correct" but fear that is what I am doing when I say that.
 
A number of large bearing companies have specifically told their distributors not to sell their product for aircraft applications. I would not lie or volunteer information. I ain't sayin' more than wheel bearing.
