Missing Man

Just curious, when performing a missing man flyover for funerals, with your RV (to keep the thread RV related), is there any requirement for permits or other permissions or certifications? Think there might be, buy I have no idea. Is it considered an "aerial demonstration"? What about over congested areas?

There are no special requirements for certification. There are no formation altitude restrictions. No special regs to consider from that point of view. Altitudes listed in the FARS remain in effect formation or not.
