Mountain Ride Aviation Rivet Jigs

I am getting close on my 2nd RV build and have looked at many RVs around the country. I have both made and seen the dents, dings and smiley faces most common. I came up with a few products the have improved the quality and reduced damage from mistakes. You can see videos of the tools in action and purchase on www.mountainrideaviation.com These are flexible, durable and non-marring. These came from the trenches of pounding thousands of rivets, hope these help!

Bucking Bar Bumper: https://mountainrideaviation.com/products/bucking-bar-bumper
This guide will fit on standard 1x4x5/8 tungsten bucking bars. The tips set an AD3 rivet to the correct depth while protecting your work piece. They help locate the shop head in the center of the bar blindly and prevents it from slipping off and banging the workpiece.

Rivet Set Bumper: https://mountainrideaviation.com/products/rivet-set-bumper
Remove smiles from your build while ensuring you are lined up correctly. This will auto align a 1/8 inch 470-4 rivet head and protect the skin and rivet head from forming smiles or slipping off the AN470 head

Squeezer Tip: https://mountainrideaviation.com/products/squeezer-tip
Similar to the tube over the rivet trick to squeeze stubborn sheets together. Except you can use it over and over again easily. This will ensure no gaps.

I have the Bucking Bar Bumpers. They are nice products. Haven't use them yet but they fit well on my off-brand tungsten bucking bars.
