tire balance

my rv has severe main gear shake on take off and landing. gear legs are tight in their sockets.

which tire balancer are others using, bubble balancer or motorcycle tire balancer?

What tire pressure are you running?

That is probably a good pressure for your -3, just wanted to make sure you weren't running high pressure that might aggravate the oscillations.

My RV-6 has some gear oscillation that gets worse as the tires wear unevenly due to high landing counts. I've learned to avoid staying in the narrow speed range while taxiing that initiates the shakes.
