Looks great, Rico! All the time invested in redoing it was completely worth it, swear words and all.

Time to enjoy it, now that the heat of summer is subsiding.

Really nicely done Rico. Well worth the effort to design and install. Enjoy!

Hi! Any chance of a look at how that Ipad mount is fixed to the airframe?

Default RV-9A Panel

Thanks to Aerotronics for building this panel for me. I did a 3D CAD assembly model in Solidworks, sent them the files and they did the rest. I'm still wrestling with the wiring and cabling through the carrythrough spar and in the fuselage tunnel, so the panel is not yet mounted in the airplane. Thanks also to all those builders whose ideas for my panel I borrowed from theirs.

Ideas from skulking around here. Configured using high tech cut and paste on a cardboard project panel. 5” drawer pulls for handles to steady your finger pushes in the bumps. IFR with the IFD 440.

Default Advanced panel completed....

Just finished up my Advanced Flight Systems panel in my -9A. Couldn't be more pleased, AFS tech support and their ACM made wiring a breeze. Repurposed the old manual elevator trim cable mount for an ipad mount.
