Just a heads up, three of the W-1007D rear spar doublers I received are too wide at 5-9/16" - 5-19/32" and interfere with the gap seals on one edge. I can trim the gaps seals a bit to fit without busting edge minimums but it's a bit ugly to do so. All of the extra material is on one side of the doubler.
Best I can tell it's not practical to cut the doubler without worrying about nicking the spar.
Since the gap seals don't get fitted until after the wings are nearly done, it's really difficult to tell if the problem exists during install. If you ordered your wing kit around the time I did (Nov 2019; delivered Jan 2020) or sooner you may want to verify yours are 5-1/2" wide and the gap seals fit before installing.
