headset jacks?

Time to put in the two jacks for each location for my headsets in my 8. I know or think I know one is a 1/4 in jack, what size is the other one? Which one is mic? I assume the speaker one needs 3 wire? Some suppliers would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Smaller is mic, as I recall.

3 wires needed for stereo phones.

Dont forget the insulated washers.

Sure wish someone made 90? adapters or there was a slick way for strain relief when the cords get pulled 90 to the plugs......
