Elevator Stiffeners

I was curious how other have finished the edges of the elevator stiffeners. There is limited edge distance to remove the tooling hole on each half, therefore I just rounded the edges of the hole. If the tooling hole doesn’t infringe on edge distance limitations and you remove any sharp edges - no problem. No difference than any other edge distance limit. If removing the tooling hole reduces edge distance past the limit, don’t do that.

Also remember that "edge distance" is not really the distance to the edge like you would think. .it's defined as the distance from the center of the hole to an edge.

The edge distance would have been compromised if I removed the hole completely, so this ws how I rounded the edges.
