How to Re-calibrate Autopilot Servo with Dynon HDX?

I’m helping a RV-12 friend that has dual Dynon HDX with Autopilot. He replaced the sheer screw in the roll servo and now needs to re-calibrate the servo. We can’t find exact instructions for doing this with HDX. We found Dynon SkyView instructions, but they don’t correlate to the HDX. We have a call into Dynon. Any help appreciated...

Procedure should be the same for the HDX.

Edit: sorry misread your post, my explanation below is for tuning not calibrating.

Long story short Dynon hasn't released an updated version in quite awhile. The "current" tuning guide does not have any guidance on many of the setting that were added in 16.0 updates. So, still go through the same tuning guide. If you mess with settings not in the tuning guide you are on your own to some degree.

Many of us have been asking for an updated tuning guide for awhile now. Post number 4 here is the best we have at this point on many of the settings.
