Default Shoulder harness a pain when getting into the plane.

Moved from a RV 4 to an RV9A. Just breaking in my top overhaul on the O320 and enjoying the plane except for one thing.

Every single time I get into it the shoulder harness fall off the seat back and normally end up pinched behind the seat back to add to the frustration.

Never had this problem in the 4 but then again there was no where for the shoulder harness to slide off to.

Any suggestions such as some kind of bracket that I could attach to the seat back and run the harnesses through?

Thanks

Tim
