Almost to the QB fuselage stage
Tail is finished, left wing is complete, right wing is waiting to have it's bottom skin riveted in place, engine has been topped, and the fuselage is match drilled, starting to take it apart for dimpling and CS'ing.

Ready for engine start and transition training.
The first run of the engine is at hand. I go to Oregon this week for transition training with Mike Seager.

Okay, I paid my dues so here's a couple of pics for my 30 seconds of fame.
Since these pics were taken the canopy is fit and the side skirts are clecoed on.
I'll be flying before the end of the year.

One Tank and LE Done
I've got the right tank and LE done and installed. The skins are just hanging there while I work the fit on the skin overlap where it meets the tank.
BTW, I'm very happy to be done with that tank, even with the second one coming soon.

N86JV Progress
Here is a picture of the interior kit from Classic Aero that I temporarily installed to make myself think I am almost done building. Hoping to get the plane to the airport in July. I am scheduled for transition training in August.
