Kudos to Advanced Flight Systems and TCW

Kudos to both of these companies (and many more involved here). I love dealing with all the people at AFS. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Started with sales and now with tech support and also the owners. Outstanding customer support and a great products. Love flying with my 5600 and 5500. Had to call TCW today because of a problem, left a message and Bob called back, walked me through the problem solving and in no time, issue resolved. There are so many suppliers and vendors on the forums that are wonderul. Thanks to you all!

The best thing i like about TCW; is I haven't had to call them Backup Battery just works. Simple as that.

Great support from AFS

Rob and team at AFS are the best support in GA that I have ever seen in almost 40 years of flying. Last year on a trip to Alaska my roll servo failed. Rob had one waiting for me when I arrived back in the States, and it wasn't even his product!

I've been in customer support for all of my life, and Rob and his team get it.
