Drive ADI Pilot-1 with Foreflight

Buying an RV-9 that has a single-axis ADI-1 autopilot. While I'm building a new panel, I'd like to connect a flight plan track source to the ADI-1. Before I go out and buy the AERA-760, does anyone know of a way to connect my ipad / foreflight and output the NMEA data?

There is no way to do it with any iOS based devices or aviation apps. Can be done with Avare on Android with a bluetooth RS232 adapter.
