Cleaveland Back Rivet Sets

Thanks to a customer complaint we found a batch of back rivet sets was made incorrectly. The sets look like either a tool was broken or misaligned when the sets were manufactured, resulting in a tiny nub in the center of the set where it contacts the rivet. This nub should either be polished off or the tool returned to us so that it does not transfer an impression into the rivet. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I've seen you do this before, Mike: proactively announcing and describing even the slightest problem with one of your tools, and always offering a quick, hassle-free fix.

I love my Main Squeeze, and I'm happy with every other item I've purchased from Cleaveland Tools.

Our RV-world is blessed with many fine vendors. I've always found Cleaveland to be one of the best of these bests.
