First time, not so much. I flew in there in a Cherokee 140 on a 25C day, and had a "holy @%#" moment attempting to climb out to the south. Plane got off the runway just fine, then it stopped climbing...had to turn west towards the mill/plant? to avoid the rising terrain. Very slowly the VSI started ticking up.

This was my first time in the RV6A...night and day comparison.
