A friend I served with sent me this to me, I believe it is worth your time viewing and visiting in your RV travels. I know its on the top of my travel list.

The museum is Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum in Denver

As a fellow Air Force vet, from a much different era (Cold War, GWOT), thank you to the poster and to the sculptor of that project. On a side note, that museum once housed the "SAC Shack" on the former Lowry AFB. Many years ago I attended the B-52 Weapons Loader technical training course in that very building.

just need to get the tears out of my eyes. my dad flew 36 bomber missions over Europe as a ball turret gunner in a 17.

sculpture is truly something very special. thanks for posting.
