Yippee!!!!
After 5 yrs. 3 mos., my rv-10 flew today. As many have said, wow what a plane. What a rush. Based at KLNA.
Thanks to everyone for their help and discussions along the way.

Naked -10's are just as much fun

...until you land.

Then tower, line guys, the cute fbo receptionist, total strangers start asking questions. How many hours, when/where/how much is your paint job going to be, what colors, how much faster will it go, how much weight will it add, are you going to polish it??????

Yes it is a great plane and yes the EFIS does take awhile. Read and play as much as possible on the ground. Get on with flight following in the air as you will need that second set of eyes and just in case of an emergency. Have fun. I will be down your way in May.
